ADMISSION APPLICATIONS CAN be collected from the administrative office on payment of Rs. 200/-. Completed admission applications, with all the required documents, will have to be handed over to the administrative office, within 7 days of collecting the same. There will be an interactive session with the child to study motor, emotional and verbal skills (for preprimary). Upon approval of admission, parents will be informed and they will have to pay the admission fee to complete the admission formalities. RTE INFORMATION
H.A.English School abides by the laws of government of Odisha and strongly supports the Right to Education Act (RTE), 2009. As per the rule, the non-governmental schools are required to reserve 25 percent of the seats for the children of the weaker section of the society at an entry-level and provide them free education till 8th class.
The allocation takes place from the center itself, and we welcome the students allotted by the government, with open arms.
Admission Procedure
Admission is open to all Indian children in all classes subject to availability of seat, 25% seats will be filled by enrolling children from weaker sections and disadvantaged communities by simple random selection.Students on transfer from a recognized English Medium School affiliated to the CBSE will be admitted on the strength of their Transfer Certificates and other documents provided they have 75% attendance by the end of the Academic year, when the number of days already attended and the days likely to be attended in this school are combined. However, admission to KG classes and Std. 1 will be made at the discretion of the Principal. Application for admission should be made in the prescribed form available at the School office (Accounts Section) for IRS. 50/-. Provisional Admission
Provisional admission made on certain conditions will be cancelled if they are not fulfilled within one month. Fee paid for admission will not be refunded or adjusted in such cases.
Local Transfer
Students coming from other local schools should produce a clearance certificate and Transfer Certificate along with progress report.
