Continuous Professional Development
The NEP 2020 recommends 50 hours of CPD for teachers, head teachers, and teacher educators, with use of the latest pedagogy and autonomy given to teachers to choose activities according to their needs.
At H.A. English School, Bisra, we believe in professional development and innovative ways to motivate teachers to enroll in courses for the overall development of Teachers and thereby the school.
Teachers are continuously attending online training through the CBSE Training Platform and NCERT YouTube training.
In-house training programs are also conducted in the school. Teachers are also sent to attend CPD programs conducted by other CBSE schools.
